A size a tier cannot render is greyed out with the reason, and too many references stop the button before the request goes out — no failed submit, no spent credits.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Pro and Lite?
Resolution and reference count. Pro renders 1K and 2K and takes up to 10 references; Lite renders 2K, 3K and 4K and takes up to 14. At 2K both serve it, and Pro carries the recommendation.
How do I choose which model runs?
Pick the resolution. The ladder runs 1K, 2K, 3K, 4K, and any tier that cannot serve your pick greys out with the reason — so the size decides the model unless you override it where both fit.
How many reference images can I attach?
Up to 10 on Pro and up to 14 on Lite. Attaching more than the current tier allows blocks Generate and names how many to remove.
Does one run make more than one image?
No. One image per Generate on this panel. Run the prompt again for another take.
Can Pro render 4K?
No. Pro tops out at 2K. Move the resolution to 3K or 4K and Lite takes the render instead.
Seedream 5 or Seedream 4?
Seedream 5 is the newer family: two tiers, a 4K ceiling on Lite and 14 references. Seedream 4 has its own app and is the one that returns up to 6 images from a single run.
